Lincoln County Ambulance District collected a total of $2585.00 this year for the MDA in honor of Zack Winkle.  Collections were obtained through donations and tee shirt sales.  This collection allowed 4 children from Lincoln County to attend the MDA summer camp.

     Greg Maddock, Lisa Hoelting and Jamie Thomas presented the contribution with Zack Winkle live on the Jerry Lewis Telethon.
