Base 3

LCAD is pleased to announce the moving and rebuilding of the ambulance base in Elsberry (Base 3, Medic 3). The base will be moving to Hwy B and Tomahawk, staying in the city limits of Elsberry. This move should occur in early spring of 2007, we have been housed in Elsberry since 1985 at 3305 N. Hwy 79. This base has survived the great flood of 1993 and housed EMS personnel 24/7 since the inception of this base. This move will put the crews in a more modern base, housing a safe room and a classroom that can be utilized by non-for-profit organizations. This base will be identical to Base 5 at 101 Hwy E.
