Lincoln County Ambulance District is currently accepting applications for part-time EMTs and Paramedics. Full Time EMS Personnel are promoted from out part-time staff.

Lincoln County Ambulance District is located approximately 60 miles North of St. Louis. Lincoln County is ranked the fastest growing county in Missouri; 64th in the nation. We cover approximately 630 square miles with a population of 47,000. Lincoln County Ambulance District is a progressive ambulance district with outstanding pre-hospital protocols/standing orders; ranging from 12 lead EKGs, innovative ACLS/Cardiac medications, able to perform pharmacological assisted intubations, we carry Pediatric and Adult BIG IO’s, an Auto-Pulse CPR board (EMS Supervisor carries), and we are working in conjunction with St. Joseph Health Center—St. Charles, (Code MI) reducing time from ED arrival to balloon (Cardiac Cath). Dr. Keesal has been our Medical Director for over 8 years and has contributed greatly to our progressiveness and enables to provide the utmost care for our patients.

Full-time EMTs and Paramedics work a modified Kelly shift 24 hr on, 24 hr off, 24 hr on, 24 hr off, 24 hr on, 4 days off.

Paramedic
Starting salary for full-time $37,603. Paramedics must possess a current Missouri license, ACLS and CPR certifications.

EMT
Starting salary for full-time $33,259. EMTs must possess a current Missouri license and CPR certification.
